You’ll have strategy and plans for development. You’re all about the lateral thinking…. Thinking with your head. Option 2 however, means you’ll care far more about the products and the customers’ happiness. You’ll pay attention to comments and try to improve your products, because it’s all about the passion. All about the heart….

It’s important to be clear so that you know where you excel and where you might need to pay more attention. For most people starting a fashion business, the word ‘business’ is generally forgotten. This is mainly becasue the largest group of fashion and retail brand owners are definitely all about ‘heart’. But in order for a brand to be successful, the ‘head’ areas, business, also need your full attention.

It is impossible for a person to be an expert in all things. Henry Ford knew this very well and he used his experts to propel his business to great heights.
